Gender Equality in Educational Marketing
This module is designed to ensure gender equality in education marketing and execute inclusive campaigns. The module first introduces participants to the concept of gender equality and its importance in education marketing. The module introduces the fundamental principles of education marketing and explains eight key objectives, including increasing student numbers, brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
The practical application section of the module provides detailed information on inclusive content creation, ensuring equal opportunities, and gender-sensitive communication strategies. Participants learn five key practical steps, including conducting gender audits, ensuring diverse representation, and establishing feedback mechanisms. The theoretical knowledge is supported with real-life examples through a case study from Green Valley Agricultural University.
